For Shopify & small online stores

Got an accessibility demand letter — or afraid one is coming?

Website accessibility lawsuits against online stores keep climbing, and most target small e-commerce sites. Find out exactly where your store stands — with a free, developer-grade scan and a clear plan to fix what matters.

No payment, no card. We email your free summary of detected issues. Your full fix plan is optional and paid only if you want it.

How it works

STEP 1

We scan your store with the same open-source engine (axe-core) used by professional auditors, checking against WCAG 2.1 A/AA.

STEP 2

You get a free summary: how many issues, how severe, and which parts of your site are affected.

STEP 3

If you want, the full report shows the exact offending code, plain-English fixes, and a draft accessibility statement.

Optional re-scan monitoring (alerts when new issues appear) is available after your first report.

Why not just install an “accessibility widget”?

Overlay widgets that promise instant “compliance” have themselves become a legal liability — in 2025 the U.S. FTC fined a leading overlay vendor $1,000,000 for deceptive compliance claims, and overlays are cited in a growing share of lawsuits. There is no one-click legal shield.

We don’t sell a shield. We show you the real issues in your code and how to fix them properly — the thing that actually reduces risk.

Questions

Does a passing scan mean my store is compliant?

No. Automated testing reliably finds a meaningful subset of accessibility barriers (industry estimates put this around 30–60%), but full conformance also requires manual testing. We give you an honest picture and a fix plan — not a compliance certificate, and not legal advice.

I just received a demand letter. Can this help today?

Yes. The free scan shows where you stand immediately, and the full report gives you documented findings and a remediation plan you can act on and share with your developer or attorney.

Will you fix my site for me?

The report gives your developer everything needed to fix the issues. We focus on finding and explaining them clearly.

Is this legal advice?

No. We provide a technical accessibility audit only. For legal questions about the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, or a specific demand letter, consult a qualified attorney.
